Wayflo Travel Technologies ("Wayflo", "we", "us", or "our") is incorporated in Delaware, USA, and operates the Wayflo platform — an AI-powered travel technology service accessible at wayflo.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Wayflo governing your access to and use of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking on Wayflo. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable law.
If you are accessing Wayflo on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include that entity.
Wayflo is a travel technology platform that aggregates real-time inventory from airlines, hotels, car rental providers, and experience operators, and presents that inventory alongside AI-powered personalisation features. Our services include travel search, bundle booking, AI itinerary planning (Trip DNA, Family Lens, Concierge), and disruption monitoring (Autopilot).
Wayflo is NOT an airline, hotel, car rental company, or travel agent. We are a technology intermediary.
When you complete a booking through Wayflo, your contract for the underlying travel service (the flight, the hotel stay, the car rental) is directly with the relevant supplier — the airline, hotel chain, or rental company. Wayflo facilitates that transaction but is not a party to it and does not assume responsibility for the supplier's performance.
Bookings on Wayflo follow this sequence: (1) you select an offer from search results; (2) you review the full pricing, fare rules, and supplier terms displayed at checkout; (3) you complete payment via Stripe; (4) Wayflo submits your booking to the relevant supplier(s); and (5) the supplier issues a confirmation (PNR, reservation number, or equivalent). Your booking is only confirmed when the supplier confirmation is issued — not at the point of payment.
In rare cases, a supplier may reject or fail to confirm a booking after payment has been collected (for example, due to seat unavailability between offer generation and confirmation). In such cases, Wayflo will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund of amounts paid to Wayflo for that booking component.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include all Wayflo platform fees. Supplier taxes and fees may be itemised separately at checkout.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless an explicit instalment option is presented. By providing payment details, you authorise Wayflo to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable service fees.
Wayflo's platform service fee, where applicable, is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, regardless of subsequent cancellation.
Cancellation and refund rights for travel components (flights, hotels, car rentals) are governed entirely by the applicable supplier's fare rules and booking conditions, which are displayed before you complete payment. These rules vary significantly: some fares are fully refundable; others are non-refundable; many permit changes for a fee.
Wayflo will facilitate refund requests on your behalf where supplier policies permit, but cannot guarantee refunds that a supplier is not contractually obliged to provide. Wayflo's own platform service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
To request a cancellation, log in to your Wayflo account and use the "Manage Booking" feature, or contact us at support@wayflo.ai. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Wayflo will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of disruptions (flight cancellations, schedule changes, hotel overbookings) detected through our monitoring systems. Where the Autopilot feature is enabled, Wayflo may suggest or, with your explicit authorisation, initiate rebooking options.
Wayflo is not liable for costs arising from travel disruptions that are the fault of a supplier or caused by circumstances beyond our control (including weather events, strikes, government action, or force majeure). Your claims for compensation or care in such circumstances lie against the relevant supplier under applicable airline or consumer regulations (e.g., EC 261/2004, DGCA rules).
You may create one Wayflo account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at security@wayflo.ai.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up-to-date. Accounts created with false information or used to circumvent a previous suspension will be terminated without notice.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these restrictions, and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
All content, software, design, trademarks, and proprietary technology on the Wayflo platform — including Trip DNA, Family Lens, and Autopilot — are owned by or licensed to Wayflo Travel Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial travel planning and booking purposes only.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wayflo's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Wayflo for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Wayflo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, missed connections, or costs of alternative travel arrangements — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. The arbitration shall be seated in Delaware. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the IT Rules 2021, Wayflo publishes a grievance officer for consumers in India. Every complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
Grievance Officer: to be appointed. Until then, complaints from India go to support@wayflo.ai with the same 48-hour acknowledgment and 30-day resolution.
Supplier identification (razão social, CNPJ and address): not yet published. Decreto 7.962/2013 Art. 2 requires it before we sell to consumers in Brazil; it will appear here once the Brazilian entity details are confirmed.
The price shown before you pay is the total price: it includes every tax, fee and charge, including the Stripe cross-border charge for Pix. Pix payments are settled in USD by our payment provider and the 3.5% IOF is shown in the total, never added afterwards.
For purchases made online you may withdraw within 7 days of the booking and receive a full refund, returned by the same method (Pix refunds follow Pix return mechanics).
Travel-services caveat: where a flight, stay or activity is dated and the supplier has already been contracted, Brazilian courts and the Secretaria Nacional do Consumidor have limited the right of regret for services with a fixed execution date. We will always tell you at checkout whether a fare is refundable, and the scope of Art. 49 for travel services is being confirmed with Brazilian counsel.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of Wayflo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform before the effective date.
