Our aim
We want everyone to be able to plan, book and manage a trip on Wayflo, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, voice input or reduced motion. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and the European Accessibility Act's requirements for online travel services. We have not yet had an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we test
- An automated accessibility audit of our main pages runs on every change before it can be released.
- Keyboard-only journeys — search, results, checkout, and the SOS screens — are tested end to end, including focus order and visible focus.
- Pages are checked for horizontal overflow at phone widths and with text enlarged.
- Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
- The site is available in 15 languages, including Arabic laid out right to left.
What we know is not right yet
- This statement is in English only. The privacy policy, the terms and the cookie policy are translated, and their English text governs.
- Some content comes from airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and we cannot always make it fully accessible.
- The map on wide screens is visual; every place on it is also listed as text beside it.
