These Beta Terms apply to your use of the Wayflo beta ("the Beta") at www.wayflo.ai and in the Wayflo app. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where the two disagree during the Beta, these Beta Terms apply.
Wayflo is being tested with a small, invited group before a wider launch. You are being given early access so that you can use it and tell us what works and what does not. The Beta is expected to run for about one month from 28 September 2026; we may extend, shorten or end it at any time.
You may take part only if you received an invitation from Wayflo Travel Technologies ("Wayflo", "we", "us") — an invited email address or an invite code. Access is personal: please do not share your invite code, your account, or screenshots of the product outside the people we have invited. You must be 18 or older.
Because the product is not yet public, we ask you to treat what you see as confidential for the length of the Beta and for 12 months after it ends. "Confidential" means the parts of Wayflo that are not already public: unreleased features, how the product works under the hood, screens, prices and offers shown only to testers, our roadmap, and anything we tell you is confidential.
You agree not to publish, post, demonstrate or describe these to anyone outside the Beta group without our written permission. Talking about Wayflo in general terms ("I'm testing a travel app") is fine. Anything that is, or becomes, public through no fault of yours is not confidential.
We ask this for two reasons: to keep the product's first impression for its real launch, and because public disclosure before certain filings can cost us the ability to protect our own work.
Anything you tell us about the Beta — bug reports, suggestions, ideas, ratings — is feedback. You give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback in any way, including in the product, without owing you anything and without naming you. You confirm the feedback is your own and that you are not passing on somebody else's confidential information. Feedback is not confidential information of yours.
Payments in the Beta run in test mode. No card is charged, no ticket, room or car is issued, and no booking shown in the Beta is real. Do not rely on anything in the Beta for actual travel.
The Beta is unfinished software. It may be slow, wrong, unavailable, or change without notice; features may appear and disappear; data may be reset. Search results may be sample data rather than live fares. We provide the Beta "as is", with no warranty of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The Privacy Policy applies. During the Beta we also keep the bug reports and feedback you send, the pages you visit and the errors you hit, so that we can fix them. At the end of the Beta you may keep your account or ask us to delete it; you can delete it yourself from Settings at any time, and everything it holds goes with it.
You can stop at any time. We can end or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 3 (Confidentiality), 4 (Your feedback) and 6 (What to expect) continue after the Beta ends.
These Beta Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. They are the whole agreement about the Beta between you and us.
